YES we repair SLOTS!

We often get asked if we repair slots. YES we do, but it’s specific to the brands and platforms we are familiar with. Every slot brand is different from each other. On top of that, even in the same brands, different platforms are often very different as well. Reach out to us with pics of your game and we can let you know if we can work on it.

After the general repair question, the next thing we get asked – Do I have to bring in my machine – YES you do. Due to the complex nature of machines, the enormous possible parts requirement, and the likelihood of multi-trip (which costs you more money), we insist on machines being brought into our shop. Also, with your game at our shop, we can run it for days and test all repairs thoroughly, hopefully removing the problem from occurring again.

A Basic “get it working again” Repair is typically a flat rate of $250 + any necessary parts. Refurbishments or other complicated repairs will be quoted separately and fall under the necessary $100 Diagnostic fee (waived if repairs done).

We repair and refurbish Pinball Machines as well. In fact, we’ve been repairing and refurbishing pinballs since the late 1990’s. We mostly fix and refurbish 1980-2010 era machines. Repair and Refurbishment prices for Pinballs vary widely. Any quotes would be on a case-by-case basis. Our hourly rate for Pinball repair is $100/hr. All games repairs/Refurbishments require a $100 Diagnostic review, which is waived if you choose to fix the game.

We do require all games to be brought in for repairs or any other work. Due to the complex nature of machines, the enormous possible parts that could be needed, and the likelihood of multiple trips onsite (which costs you more money), we insist on machines being brought into our shop. Also, with your game at our shop, we can run it for days and test all repairs thoroughly, hopefully removing any reoccurrences.

As a reference, here are some of the brands we work on:
