Slot Machines are not cheap, you want to know that we stand behind the machine you’re buying and how we do this. In addition to the warranty included with your machine, we give free tech support and help for as long as you, the original buyer, own the machine. We provide a 90-day warranty on the machine and the original parts it came with from the manufacturer, but there are some exceptions and limitations as outlined below.

Items covered by your warranty

~ The machine – This includes all of the original (OEM) parts in your machine unless listed as an exclusion below.

~ Machine OEM parts – OEM Items are defined as Items that came with the original machine, except parts excluded below, to include but not limited to – Reels, Reel Motors, Bill Validators, Cashbox, Printers, hinges, power supplies, power distribution modules, and the TITO unit (if you purchased one with your machine)

Warranty Exclusions:

~ Coin-In/Out – Machines that have coin-in-coin-out mechanisms, which include devices like hoppers and coin-validators. Any system related to coin-in & out is not covered under the machine warranty. We make every effort to make sure this all works in tip-top shape and will show you this during your demo and training session.

~ Screens – Due to the complexity and potential damage to screens during transport, we do not include screens in our warranty program. This includes any related parts to those screens like touch interfaces, screen power supplies, and screens in buttons.

~ Buttons, Screens, Glass and LEDs – Buttons and LEDs are wearable parts and may fail at any time due to the electronic nature of these devices. We do not include these in our warranty program as all buttons and LEDs are working (or specifically listed if not working) at the time of sale. Also, any glass, once the machine has left possession of STLSLOTS is not warrantied as glass can easily break and shatter during transport and setup by no fault of STLSLOTs. Button Screens can dim or fail over time, buttons with built-in screens and edge-lit LEDs are not part of your warranty.

~ Lighting – While we replace all of the lighting in your machine, LED lighting can fail due to temperature and other unforeseen factors. Transformers and related items for lighting conversions are also excluded. We use top-quality components in our lighting conversion but many factors can contribute to a failure.

Warranty Conditions
Slot machines are complex machines. Tinkering and modifying them in any way will negate/invalidate your warranty. At least during the warranty period, we strongly suggest that you leave your machine as it was given to you, without modifications, alterations, or tweaks.

An orientation and a training demo is provided for free with any game purchases. Attendance at this orientation, by the purchaser, is required to validate the warranty. Lack of attendance for the demo/training means that you’re buying the machine as-is without any warranty. Training is that important that we make it a condition of the warranty.

Your Warranty includes lifetime help and tech support thru Facebook Messenger. It does not include any labor nor onsite repair. Most parts for these machines are pre-own/used and are often challenging to source. This is unintentional but is part of buying and owning a pre-owned commercial slot machine. Patience is required as parts are sourced and purchased. Any shipping or delivery of parts is at the buyers expense. Original parts must be exchanged (sent first) before replacement parts are provided.

While we will do everything possible to avoid having to come onsite, it’s important to know that there is no onsite labor included with your warranty. Should we agree to come onsite to work on your machine, an hourly rate will be quoted and agreed upon before scheduling, and will be due upon completion of the visit (that day). Venmo, PayPal, and cash are acceptable payments for onsite labor charges.

Your warranty is for parts-only and does not guarantee your machine in any other way. There is no “loss of use” compensation included with your warranty.
