YES we repair SLOTS!

We often get asked if we repair slots. YES we do, but it’s specific to the brands and platforms we are familiar with. Every slot brand is different from each other, some more than others. Even in the same brands, different platforms or model revisions are often very different as well. Reach out to us with pics of your game and we can let you know if it’s one that we work on.

Do I have to bring in my machine – YES you should (See below for more info for onsite). Due to the complex nature of machines, the enormous possible parts requirement, and the likelihood of a multi-trip (which costs you more money), we strongly suggest you bring your game into into our shop. After your game is repaired, we run and play it for days (usually 1-2 weeks), making sure all repairs are thoroughly tested.

Can you take a look?
Sometimes you’d just like to know what’s wrong. We’re happy to check out your game for you, if it’s one of the ones we work on. We have a $150 diag fee for doing task. If you get your game repaired with us, we’ll waive the daig fee. If you choose not to get your game repaired, you can just pay the diag fee and pick up your game or reliquinquish your game to us, your choice.

Just get it working for me
A Basic “get it working again” Repair for S2000 and Bally S9000 games has a flat rate of of $250 + any necessary parts. “Get it working” for Aristocrat, Aruze, WMS, Bally Alpha2, and IGT GameKing (iGame) and AVP (G20/G23/SAVP) machines have a flat rate of $350 + Parts. All other machines are quoted based on model/type/issue. Please check with us to see if your game qualifies for the fixed-rate repair.

What if my game isn’t worth fixing?
We accept many games in for recycle. Pictures are required before we agree to accept it. We use ETHICAL RECYCLING methods for old games. Electronics are stripped and sent to an ethical electronic recycler. Metal and cabinet parts are taken to a scrap yard. We make sure it doesn’t end up in a land fill.

Hourly Rate
For games that fall outside of our Fixed-Rate “Get it working” repair setup, our in-shop hourly rate is $175/hr

Onsite Repairs
While we strongly encourage everyone to bring in their games, sometimes you just need an onsite tech. This is a much more expensive and time consuming route as it has to be scheduled and then any follow-up trips have to be scheduled as well. Multiple trips are often required, resulting in higher costs for you, the owner. It’s usually much cheaper (and we are able to be more thorough) to bring the game into our shop or have our “mover-guys” come get the game and bring it in. However, should we agree to come onsite to repair your game, the hourly rate is $275/hr with a Min of 3 hours per visit and drive-time is billed at the same hourly rate and part of the initial 3 hours. The Minimum amount is due upon arrival at your home before work is started. Payment for parts or additional trips are due prior to completion. Onsite repairs also do not include the standard repair warranty that we provide with our standard in-shop repairs.

Parts Testing
We will test parts from your machine to help diagnose possible issues for you. This carries a $150 parts testing fee for each MPU and other parts are quoted. Shipping costs are outside of this.

Refurbishments or other complicated repairs will be quoted separately. ALL MACHINES have a required $150 Diagnostic fee that is waived if you get the repair done.
